How to Make Nikumaki

Ingredients

1 pound thinly sliced pork
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
3 asparagus stalks cut into 4 inches
3 string beans cut into 4 inches

Directions


  1. The first thing you're going to do is put the carrots, string beans, and asparagus into a pot of water and let it boil for 1 minute.
  2. You next want to take 1 carrot stick, 1 asparagus stalk, and 1 string bean and wrap them in a slice of pork.  Use a toothpick to keep it together.
  3. Repeat step 2 two more times.
  4. Now grab a cup or bowl, and mix together the teriyaki sauce and the sugar.
  5. You're next going to put the rolls into a pan and warm them on medium heat.
  6. When the rolls begin to fry, pour the sauce mixture on them.
  7. Continue cooking until the meat rolls are glazed in the sauce.
  8. Enjoy.
