Ingredients
1 egg mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 pork tenderloin slices
enough panko to coat the pork
enough wheat flour to coat the pork
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut off the gristle from the pork.
 - Add the salt and pepper.
 - Put the egg mixture, wheat flour, and panko into their own separate bowls.
 - Coat the pork with the flour, egg mixture, then the panko
 - Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
 - Add the pork and cook on both sides for 3 minutes.
 - Let cool and enjoy.
